The cookie-of-the-week will be announced on Fridays, and our signature Chocolate Chip cookie is always available. Place your order online by Wednesday at midnight. Fresh cookies will be ready to pick up on Thursday from 4-8 PM in White Rock. Pickup instructions will be sent to you by email with your order confirmation.

My culinary schooling began at a young age in my home. My parents encouraged me to help cook and bake for our large family and offered guidance and assistance all along the way. As a teenager, I worked in the restaurant business. Later, I worked as a private chef in Utah where I made three-course-meals three times a week for two years. After moving to Colorado, I started The Little Red Bakery, a home bakery specializing in fresh bread and cinnamon rolls. I loved serving the wonderful people there. I am excited to do the same for our new friends in New Mexico!

We are not a certified allergen-free bakery. All of our cookies are prepared, baked, and packaged in our home kitchen. We throughly clean and sanitize all surfaces and baking materials before each use, but cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination with potential allergens. As such, all cookies may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, nuts, and peanuts.
