April N The sugar cookies were very thick, but they were moist and cooked all the way through. Some larger cookies are either too thin for my taste or underdone. These cookies were wonderful. The icing was good, too. I'm not sure what I was tasting, but in addition to the traditional sugar cookie flavors, I felt there was a little extra tang of salt, which brought out the sweetness.
